Returns/Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind everything we do and we hope you love your SOJAO items! However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns or exchanges:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Items in brand new condition (unused and unwashed)


Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of washed or used products.


RETURN & EXCHANGE METHODS

  • Refund in your original payment method or
  • Refund to gift card or
  • Exchange for another item.


If the item you are choosing to exchange with has a higher value, you will have to top up the remaining amount. For items with a lower value, you will receive the difference in the form of a gift card.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES

We really hope you'll love your SOJAO items! For any reason you don't, we'll accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are brand new and haven't been used or washed. You can get a refund in your original payment method or a gift card, or you can exchange the item for something else (just be aware you might need to top-up if it's a higher value). If the exchanged item is worth less, we'll refund you the difference.

Just email us at hello@sojao.shop with your order number and we'll help you out on the next steps! But remember, we can't accept returns or exchanges if the items are washed or used. We also don't provide any return or exchanges on consignment items from all other vendors.
