Is there free delivery?
It's free delivery in Singapore without any minimum spend! You may also opt to drop by our store to pcik up your orders. For international deliveries, we're partnering with DHL and our shipping rates are based on DHL's rates, so you can trust that you are getting competitive pricing with no additional charges.
What is SOJAO's return or exchange policy if it doesn't fit?
We'll accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are brand new and haven't been used or washed. You can get a refund in your original payment method or a gift card, or you can exchange the item for something else (just be aware you might need to top-up if it's a higher value). If the exchanged item is worth less, we'll refund you the difference.

Does your Christmas gift card have an expiry date?
No to mindless consumerism! We'll never pressure you into buying anything you don't need, so our gift cards don't have expiry dates! Use your gift cards only when you truly need to. Our gift cards can be used online or in-store on any item.
