Is there shrinkage after the first wash?
Slight natural shrinkage will occur during the first few washes because we avoid harmful chemical sizing agents like formaldehyde to pre-shrink the final product but rest assured that shrinkage has been accounted for!
What is SOJAO's return or exchange policy if it doesn't fit?
We offer a one-time return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. If you need to exchange for a different size, head down to our Home Goods Store and we’ll help you out. It’s best to email us ahead at hello@sojao.shop so we can help ensure that the size you need is available. If you wish to return the item, you can get a refund in your original payment method or a gift card. More on our returns policy.
