LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer two options of delivery across sunny Singapore.

FREE Standard Delivery
No minimum spend required. This will take 2-4 working days from the time your order is placed. Please note that we do not pack any orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed between Friday 12pm and Sunday 12pm will likely reach you by Tuesday at the earliest.

$25 Express Delivery
Same-day deliveries will be made if you place an order before 11am on any Monday - Thursday. Orders made after 11am, or on any Friday - Sunday, including public holidays will be delivered the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship to every corner of the globe!

Standard Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping to Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand without any minimum spend. When you checkout, you can expect your order within:

West Malaysia: 5-7 working days
East Malaysia: 7-14 working days
Hong Kong & Thailand: 4-7 working days

Please note that we do not pack any orders on weekends or public holidays. But if you need your bedding, towels or loungewear urgently, we have Express shipping options too!

to these Asia Pacific countries is available above SGD$300 spend: Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. For Express shipping options to these countries under SGD$300 spend, please refer to our discounted flat fee Express shipping charges.

If you're in Hong Kong, your order can be expected within 2-4 working days.

If you’re in Malaysia or Thailand, your order can be expected within 3-5 working days.

For everywhere else, it'll take 4-6 working days. Please note that we do not pack any orders on weekends or public holidays.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand or Australia duty delivered paid (DDP) for a fuss-free experience. Please note that for shipping to Thailand, there are additional customs duties you’ll need to pay but we’ll help in liaising with the customs office on your behalf.

If you’re shipping to anywhere else, please keep in mind that you'll be responsible for any additional duties and taxes in your country. Unfortunately, we can't estimate or cover those for you as they vary in every country. Please note that if you choose to reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if you're uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel, SOJAO will also not be liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred.

ARE YOUR PRICES IN SGD (SINGAPORE DOLLARS)?

For your convenience while shopping around, prices in your local currency will be shown. When it's time to make that payment though, you'll be charged in SGD. Your credit card company will convert this to your local currency which will be reflected in your bank card statement. So, shop away and leave the currency conversions to us!

RETURNS FOR ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES

We really hope you'll love your SOJAO items! For any reason you don’t, we offer a one-time return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Just email us at hello@sojao.shop with your order number, and we'll assist you with the next steps! Please bear in mind the following:

  1. You’ll be required to personally return your items or use a courier service to our Home Goods Store.
  2. If your return is not in its original packaging, we may require additional processing time to further inspect it and ensure it meets our return criteria. This could take 3-5 working days. We'll keep you informed!
  3. You’ll only be allowed to exchange once.

If the return is successful, you can opt to receive a refund in your original payment method or a gift card. You can also exchange the item for something else (please be aware that you might need to pay the difference if it's of higher value). If the exchanged item is worth less, we'll refund you the difference.

However, please remember that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the items have been washed, used, or if it's outside of the 30-day return policy. If a discount code was applied, it will not be available for use again. The original shipping fee and taxes are also non-refundable. Additionally, we do not offer returns or exchanges for consignment items from other vendors or orders made during our Acceptance Sale or under promotions such as Last Call.
