Orders placed are shipped out within 24-business hours and delivery within Singapore takes between 3-5 working days. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
We ship to anywhere in the world!
Delivery to Hong Kong or Malaysia would usually take between 2 to 3 working days from the time the order is placed. Anywhere else, including Australia, would take 3 to 5 working days. We use DHL as our international courier partner.
All payments made on SOJAO.SHOP will becharged in SGD. When browsing the website, your local currency may be shown automatically for your convenience, but during the payment process, you will be charged in SGD. Your credit card company will convert this to your local currency which will be reflected in your bank card statement.

Returns for Online Purchases
We stand behind everything we do and we hope you love your SOJAO items! However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are in brand new condition, unused and unwashed.
You may opt for a refund in your original payment method or a refund to gift card. You may also wish to exchange for another item. If the item you are choosing to exchange with has a higher value, you will have to top up the remaining amount. For items with a lower value, you will receive the difference in the form of a gift card.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of washed or used products. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will assist you with the next steps.
Returns for In-Store Purchases
Additionally, please note that we are unable to offer a refund in your original payment method if you have made the purchase in-store. You may opt for a refund to gift card or an exchange for another item. If the item you are choosing to exchange with has a higher value, you will have to top up the remaining amount. For items with a lower value, you will receive the difference in the form of a gift card. Kindly also note that we are unable to provide any return or exchanges on consignment items from all other vendors.
