Is there free delivery?
It's free delivery in Singapore without any minimum spend! For international deliveries, we're partnering with DHL and our shipping rates are based on DHL's rates, so you can trust that you are getting competitive pricing with no additional charges.
What is SOJAO's return policy?
We really hope you'll love your SOJAO items! For any reason you don’t, we'll accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Just email us at hello@sojao.shop with your order number, and we'll assist you with the next steps! Please bear in mind the following:
- You’ll be required to personally return your items or use a courier service to our Home Goods Store.
- If your return is not in its original packaging, we may require additional processing time to further inspect it and ensure it meets our return criteria. This could take 3-5 working days. We'll keep you informed!
If the return is successful, you can opt to receive a refund in your original payment method or a gift card. You can also exchange the item for something else (please be aware that you might need to pay the difference if it's of higher value). If the exchanged item is worth less, we'll refund you the difference.
However, please remember that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the items have been washed, used, or if it's outside of the 30-day return policy. If a discount code was applied, it will not be available for use again. The original shipping fee and taxes are also non-refundable. Additionally, we do not offer returns or exchanges for consignment items from other vendors.
I'm in Singapore, can I do a self-collection?
Yes you can do so at our Home Goods Store! Simply select 'Store Pick Up @ '251 Joo Chiat Road' for self-collection. If you require your items urgently, do call us at +65 8894 3341. and we'll do our best to expedite your pick-up collection!
