From the moment we caught a glimpse of Kelly’s Forest sheets in her red brick-walled bedroom, we could tell it was a special sanctuary. The bubbly and lovely multi-talented Host and TV personality kindly agreed to give us a private tour of her gorgeous home that she shares with her family.
Beautifully combining laidback Aussie vibes with smartly built, functional storage, we easily fell in love with the bright and airy space. As we chatted about the creative design and her journey on her multi-faceted career, we left feeling inspired with a spring in our step and we hope you’ll feel the same reading this.
“It’s been about 17 years since I hosted my first paid gig. The moment I stepped on stage, I realised it was what I wanted to do. I love to communicate, whatever the medium. So when I started to communicate my fitness journey, people started asking me questions, seeking advice and inspiration. That was when I discovered my love for helping others.”
“If one person feels better from reading my posts, attending my events or doing one of my workouts, then I am happy.”

“I typically sleep about 7 hours and that’s good enough. Last night I slept from 10pm to 6:30am and woke up feeling absolutely amazing. I realise that getting a better quality of sleep is usually more important than the quantity, but sometimes you just need an early night to reset the system.”
“I love our home. We only moved in towards the ends of last year after a 6 month process of design and build.”

“I have a few favourite spots... the first would be our Mother Daughter windows, mimicking a Russian Doll if you will. It was our designer’s tribute to Sienna and myself. It’s the perfect reading spot on a lazy afternoon.”
“I also love our five foot way. We didn’t want to fence it off in the traditional manner, but instead have a little garden that we could people-watch from.”
“And lastly, our couch... I have a little nook that I love lounging in and snuggling up to Sienna in. Or Justin. Whoever is down for a cuddle, really.”
“I am inspired by a lot of people for different reasons. But one of the biggest influencers in my life would be Dwayne Johnson.”
